WHO: Fairbanks Wellness Coalition and You!

WHAT: We’re holding a Mural Concept Contest to help decide the theme and concept of our first mural at The Community Center. The winning submission will be used to plan and design a painted mural on a wall inside The Community Center

WHERE: The Community Center - 645 8th Ave., Fairbanks, AK 99701

WHEN: The contest begins on 9/25 and the submission deadline is 10/16. The winner will be chosen by the Fairbanks Wellness Coalition Steering Committee on 10/22 and announced in early November.

WHY: Our mission is to foster intergenerational wellness and community-building: what better way to exemplify this goal than a community-led search for the art that will adorn our walls and create a space where everyone feels welcome!

HOW: To enter, fill out the contest submission form available at The Community Center or on our website at fairbankswellness.org/mural. Drop off completed forms in person at 645 8th Ave. or email to outreach@fairbankswellness.org.
